Bubbles have water in them right?

P.S. I typically use photobucket, but today a big scary red screen came up saying Microsoft found the website to be "unsafe." Considering my recent weeks problems, which in hindsight started while on photobucket, I'm wondering if anyone knows about this. In the mean time I'm avoiding that site as to not cause another problem.
